Globalisation and Development

Alastair discusses two distinct lenses (or "understandacope") with which we can think about globalisation and development. Drawing upon arguments from outspoken catastrophists or cornucopians relating to poverty, resource allocation, and biodiversity conservation, the uncertainty, and disagreement over the current organisation of global resources will become evident.
